The Young – HAC (yHAC) is an initiative promoted by HAC to form and nurture a network of young professionals and practitioners who have a common interest in the promotion and advancement of Arbitration and Mediation as the preferred modes of dispute resolution.

Any professional between the ages of 23 to 45, with relevant experience and profile can apply to become a member by filling out the form below. If the application is accepted by HAC, a formal letter of confirmation of ‘yHAC Membership’ will be issued.

HAC will appoint a ‘Core Committee’ from out of the Members Charter, which consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary and 10 Core Committee Members. The Core Committee will regularly conduct internal meetings and synergise with HAC for the purpose of organizing and conducting trainingessions, symposiums, conferences, etc. on the Arbitration & Mediation practice.

Membership fee can be mutually addressed and decided after the formation of the pilot committee through resolutions. These fees collected from the members can be utilized for the purpose of organizing networking events on a periodic basis once in every three months and One GALA Event every year which includes a conference and training workshop.
yHAC will have its own page on the website, working as a blog and information center. The members, or their offices can submit articles which will be published on the newsletters or as a blog spot.

Required Qualifications

Any professional between the ages of 23 to 45, with relevant experience in the field of arbitration and mediation may apply for membership.
